You might be experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, low confidence or self-esteem, or difficulty sleeping. You may feel trapped, lost, alone or directionless. Perhaps you are unable to make decisions or identify your needs. It could be that you are out of touch with your body or mind. You may feel it's time to reconnect with yourself or rewrite old stories.
About me and my practice
As a queer Autistic person-centred counsellor and part of the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities, I have experience working with people of different genders, relationship styles and sexualities and strive for an inclusive practice. I am trans and nonbinary affirmative, anti-fascist, anti-racist and feminist. I work towards an anti-oppressive practice and educate myself around intersectionality.
I aim to create a calm, containing space in which to talk, using my training in mindfulness.
We're living through a strange and uncertain time. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you're returning to it, know that I am available to support you and that change is possible. Get in touch by email and we can begin working with where you are right now, building strategies for coping, creating change and living with more ease..
Experience
My training included a placement at MindOut, an internationally respected LGBTQ+ charity and experience of a range of modes of therapy. I have over 5 years of experiencing working therapeutically (post training) and consistently updated my knowledge and training. I have also trained as a Meditation and Mindfulness teacher with the British School of Meditation.

The first 50 minute session is a chance to lay the groundwork, tell me what you want me to know about you from the beginning and for us to explore what things will look like going forward.
